Leadership is, traditionally, often seen as more as managing, as giving people instructions, and is much more focused on the work itself. Leadership in a nowadays frame is more about the person being led.

There are times when you will need to get instructions and show people the way, but managing is not leading. That is a task given by the leader.
Leadership has nothing to do with hierarchical upwards progression from manager role into the role of a leader. Leadership is non-hierarchical. So, you can be a leader if you’re not managing. If you’re not managing another person, it’s about influencing, it’s about relationship.

However, being a part of organizational structure at different hierarchical levels, gives you a slightly different context, requires a bit different perspectives and skill set. 

We designed two highly customizable programs that help leaders:

INDUCT: Basic Leadership Program

Duration

Induct is a modular training program and lasts for 3 days = 3 modules * 1 day

Time frame between modules is used for skill application exercises in a real-life business environment.

PROSPER: Mid-Leadership Program

Program content:

  • Contextual Leadership

  • Influencing Skills

  • Coaching

  • 360° Feedback

  • Managing Change

  • Team Development

  • Team Motivation

  • Development Planning

Duration

Prosper is a modular training program and lasts for 6 days = 3 modules * 2 days

Time frame between modules is used for skill application exercises in a real-life business environment.
