Tools (Skills & Knowledge) focus areas: Reps build deep product and market knowledge, objection handling, discovery questioning techniques, storytelling and value articulation, and negotiation skills. Importantly, they also develop self-awareness - knowing where they are strong and where they leak deals.
Process (Effort & Approach) focus areas: The program focuses on pipeline discipline (prospecting habits, follow-up rhythms, CRM hygiene), structured pre-call planning, and post-call reflection. Reps learn to treat every interaction as a data point - what worked, what didn't, and what they'll adjust next time.
Outcome: Reps move from relying on instinct and luck to operating from a repeatable, improvable system that compounds over time.
Duration: 10 weeks. Weekly 1.5-hour sessions + between-session application exercises and manager check-ins
