Tools (Skills & Knowledge) focus areas:
Managers develop coaching conversation skills (asking vs. telling), the ability to diagnose rep performance gaps accurately, pipeline and forecast literacy, and an understanding of adult learning principles so they can tailor development to each individual.

Process (Effort & Approach) focus areas: The program instills a repeatable coaching cadence - regular 1:1s structured around performance data, ride-alongs with structured observation frameworks, and deal reviews that coach thinking rather than just inspect activity. Managers learn to track their own coaching hours and quality, making their effort visible and measurable.

Outcome: Managers stop being the best salesperson in the room and become the person who makes every salesperson in the room better.

Duration: 12-weeks. Weekly 2-hour sessions + field application tasks in between.
