Step on
Consulting services: "Step on" - individual online learning program for team leaders and managers
Individuals are often promoted because of good results they achieve in their specialist position and prove to be competent. These individuals are recognized as people with potential, and equally often the fact that a new role requires a new set of skills needed to succeed in a new role is completely ignored.
Step on is a program designed to help individuals who have found themselves in the role of a team leader or manager for the first time, without prior preparation.
Working with organizations and individuals in previous years, we have identified 5 key areas, skills, techniques, and tools that ensure easier transition from specialist to the role of team leader/manager.
