Presenting ideas, plans and achievements is of key importance for successful project management, especially in the initiation and planning phase. However, the way you present your ideas, a clear, understandable, and impactful presentation are important, both in other stages of the project life cycle, and in everyday business situations.
In this course, you will learn to present different contents in a way that is effective but adapted to your personality and style of expression. Through practical exercises, self-observation, and analysis of the impact that your presentation has on others, you will improve your oral skills, learn to control nervousness and adequately communicate with different audiences.
