Step on is a program designed to help individuals who have found themselves in the role of a team leader or manager for the first time, without prior preparation.
Working with organizations and individuals in previous years, we have identified 5 key areas, skills, techniques, and tools that ensure easier transition from specialist to the role of team leader/manager.

10 weeks (10 one-hour sessions)

A combination of instructional training, mentoring, and coaching.
